Day #2
Success! I completed day two without fail. I am proud of myself. Yeah yeah it has only been two days but who the hell cares?! I just have to keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time. I wish I had more time to write about today but I have to get to sleep ;) night ! on to day 3 tomorrow!

Day #1 - 2/3 meals completed - and I fail
UGH! I totally failed at the starting line!! I ate breakfast fine and lunch. Day Before
Tomorrow I am starting a lifestyle change. I did this previously for three months or so and it was successful. I ended up losing 15 lbs in total by the third month.
