Day Before
Tomorrow I am starting a lifestyle change. I did this previously for three months or so and it was successful. I ended up losing 15 lbs in total by the third month. Now mind you this was w/o exercise. This time will be different. For those of you who are curious as what lifestyle change I am talking about it is really called FAA {Food Addicts Anonymous}. My grandmother used to be a food addict and weight a significant amount and was over weight. She has been on this lifestyle change for almost 9 years and has lost a healthy amount of weight and is eating right everyday. I myself am not a food addict I just tend to like sweets ha ha ha and it can catch up to me. I sadly gained all the weight I lost back and now I am determined to lose the same if not more weight and work out to tone my muscles as well. All the food eaten on this change is weighed and you cannot eat more than the number you are allotted for each category.
This is definatley a challenge and a self control test on my part. I am willing to accept that challenge once again and see where it takes me. I know it is going to be hard at first but once I get into the swing of it, well, then it shall be fine. Exercise is going to be incorporated this time !
